Turn around time varies greatly, but is typically around three weeks to two months, depending on complexity, how much of a character is visible, and life interruptions. (If major interruptions do occur, I will notify you of potential delays)

You may ask for revisions, however, complex revisions after the sketch, such as pose changes, expression changes, and lighting changes will be charged an additional fee. (Please note that honesty is important. If you are dissatisfied with something in the artwork, please voice it early on, if possible.)

I will do my best to update you once subsequently after the lighting map, lineart, flat colors, partially rendered, then fully rendered artwork. If you ask for revisions after I send the fully rendered piece, I will not be doing them. If there are revisions you want done, you must voice that before I send the fully rendered work.

Please send clear and readable references of the character and/or location you want drawn. If you do not have references, it is completely acceptable to send picrews, stickman recreations, or base edits. I will not work off of a text description unless you are specifically requesting design work.

Please be detailed and describe lighting, posing, character expressions, mood, and extra details you want included. (Providing moodboards along with your description is incredibly helpful)

Note: I have the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.

Payment is done through PayPal only.

Payment is done 50/50, half after the approved sketch, and half after the finished, watermarked image. Once both payments are received in full, I will send the unwatermarked image.

You may not, under any circumstances, feed my art into AI filters, generators, or other forms of generative AI.

Reproducing a commission for blockchain related reasons, including NFTs, is strictly prohibited.

I do not permit cancellations or refunds after the approved sketch. If you approve the sketch, you are agreeing that you are content with the art, and approving the work to be completed in full.

I retain the right to post the commissioned artwork’s final product, and/or unfinished images of the commissioned work, on my social media. This can be changed, if discussed beforehand.

You may not use my art for commercial purposes, unless you specifically have requested it, and have paid the respective fee associated.

Non-Exclusive license begins at +50% the base price. This means you have the right to reproduce and use the artwork for commercial use, however, it grants I, as the artist, the right to sell and license the artwork as I wish.

Exclusive license begins at +100% the base price. This means you have the right to reproduce and use the artwork for commercial use as you wish, and does not grant I, as the artist, the right to sell and license the artwork. However, the owner may not use the copyright to the artwork, and can only use it as explicitly stated in this contract.

Work for hire begins at 200% of the base price. This means all rights to the artwork of the project will be transferred to the client.
